2 weekends (4 days) = RM300
3 weekends (6 days) = RM400
4 weekends (8 days) = RM500

Additional Tables & Chairs:

Table (5ft x 2ft) at RM55

Chairs (Plastic) at RM5

Instruction will be email to vendor within 3 working days after receiving the booth order.

Provision for cashlesss payments:

Vendors have to accept cashless payment using terminals provided by the organisers. Vendors are not to reject shoppers from using cashless payments. Vendors are also not to use their own terminals and machines unless stated otherwise. Confirmation of cashless payment provision will be released to vendors in the event brief.

An email will be sent out to confirmed vendors requesting for personal particulars and forms to be fully completed by vendors. Ad-nology Labs and MyTOWN will not be responsible for late and/or incomplete information from vendors that will be submitted which might results in vendors getting fined. It is the vendors’ full responsibility to give accurate and completed information and forms to us. We seek vendors’ full cooperation in this.
